Gah, I keep forgetting to do this blog. Well anyways, what to talk about? I guess I can start by talking about how I liked changing things up by going over grammar last week. It's not something I would like to do every class, but it was nice. Moving on to today, I guess I can talk about "The Room." I thought the story was interesting, but I found I had a hard time following the story since it didn't follow a fluid chronological order. I couldn't keep up when the events would switch between one another since there was no clear distinction between the two. It wasn't a difficult read otherwise and I liked the idea of the story. I kind of wish that the story expanded more on the characters themselves; I got the feeling that a lot of happening without anything actually happening.
I started reading "Treason" by Orson Scott Card today for our book review today. I haven't gotten very far yet, but already it's interested me. The main character is definitely unique and in a unique situation. I won't go into detail about the book, but I will say I can't wait to read what's going to happen.
